• Processing Times: All orders are subject to a processing period of 1-2 weeks as our products, including custom designs, are made-to-order. We strive to expedite this process and get your order to you as soon as possible.
• Domestic Shipping: For orders within the United States, standard delivery is estimated to take an additional 3-5 business days after processing. We use reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your order.
• International Shipping: We do offer shipping outside of the United States subject to international shipping regulations and additional shipping fees. Delivery times for international orders can vary greatly depending on the destination. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping is charged based on the size and weight of the order. All orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.
2. Return and Refund Policy
• Standard Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The item must be returned in new, unused condition, and with all original tags attached. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization and return address.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: Product colors and design may vary slightly from the pictures on this website due to manufacturing and photoshoot process variables. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you or a full refund.
• Custom Orders: Custom-designed clothing is made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is damaged upon delivery. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement.
3. Cancellation Policy
• Order Cancellation: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement without any charge. Cancellations after this period may not be possible as the order may have already been processed for production. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has commenced.
4. Payment Terms
• Payments: We accept payments through major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods as indicated on our website. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
